Tania "La Tania" Serrano highlights the bakery's crown jewel: the croissant. Known for its incredible flaky texture and rich, buttery flavor, it's regarded by many as one of the best in the city. Don't miss the raisin sweet bun either—it's nothing short of perfection.
And the praises continue with Antoine Vallée, who affirms that Le Jardin offers some of the best viennoiseries in town at an accessible price. Each bite of their pain au chocolat is a melty revelation, while the pain Suisse brings forth a chocolate-centered experience that is hard to resist. For those craving a sweet delight, Kyle K suggests indulging in their pastries and éclairs, unequivocally some of the finest you'll find in Helsinki.
Though it features limited seating, the intimate environment adds to the café's charm, as noted by Srihari GS, who also attests to the remarkable quality of their offerings. With such high customer satisfaction, it’s clear that Le Jardin is poised to become one of the must-visit destinations in Helsinki for both locals and visitors alike.

Just love this French style Cafe. Helsinki has good cafes, but there is nothing similar to it. After renovating it became even better.

Authentic french bakery. Best croissant I’ve ever had. Raisin sweet bun tops all the rest. Staff is friendly and chill atmosphere. A French bubble in Helsinki.

One of the best, maybe even the best bakery where you can find the authentic taste of French viennoiseries for an affordable price in Helsinki. (Highly recommend the pain au chocolat and the pain Suisse).

Small french cafe. Tasted one of the best croissant here. Also has some good pastries. Very limited seating capacity. Definitely will be one of the best cafes in Helsinki in coming years.

Ex-Parisian student here! Had a craving for a real croissant and coffee this morning and decided to try it out. Very friendly Finnish/French/English speaking staff. Tried the Paris-Brest (pâtisserie), croissant and pain au chocolat and was brought back instantly. With a coffee was the perfect start to the day! Can’t wait to come back and try more, I sincerely recommend this place

A genuine French café and bakery and it's heavenly! We came here at 8am and the queue started slowly forming which is unavoidable in a great place like this. EDIT: Something kept bugging me about this review the next day and then I realized that I gave one star too much. The service - while functional and fast enough - was lacking. Two young women were behind the counter but they didn't seem to welcome customers or smile much. In an otherwise excellent place like this it would really add that final icing on the cake if I was greeted with a smiling "Welcome!" when stepping in. It's very early days for this place so plenty of room to fix it. Get this right and the fifth star is your's!

I love Le Jardin. The best place in Helsinki. The most tasty pastry I have ever tried. The owner and chef Olivier Lucas is such a friendly person, telling about assortment of the cafe and giving advice about what to choose.
